Statement Regarding Recent NYC Press Coverage Referencing “Pinnacle Realty”
LONG ISLAND CITY, NY, January 5, 2026 — Pinnacle Realty of New York, LLC (“PRNY”) is aware of recent news coverage and public commentary following an announcement by the City of New York that includes the phrase “Pinnacle Realty” in reference to a residential landlord matter.
PRNY is a New York-based commercial real estate brokerage firm. PRNY is not affiliated with the residential landlord referenced in the City’s announcement and does not own or operate any residential buildings. We recognize that the similarity in names has created confusion, and we understand why members of the public are concerned about housing conditions and tenant protections. PRNY supports the City’s efforts to promote safe, lawful, and well-maintained housing, and we respect the role of City agencies in addressing serious housing issues.
PRNY is contacting the appropriate City communications office to request clarification to help prevent further confusion. In the meantime, we ask members of the public and the media to direct any residential building complaints or housing code concerns to the relevant City agencies and official City reporting channels.
