Pinnacle Realty of New York announced the following transactions:
- 33,000 sq. ft. building located at 43-05 20th Ave in Astoria to Vaughn College. Gary R. Blum, James Tack, Decio Baio and Fred Stein represented the landlord, Dream Team LLC.
- 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office space located at 1271 Ryawa Ave, in the Bronx, to Premium Ocean, LLC. Ariel Castellanos, along with Stein, represented both landlord and tenant.
- 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse located at 43-76 10th Street Long Island City to MJM Plumbing Corp for a 5 year period. Josh Kleinberg, Brendan Burke and Paul Bralower represented the tenant.
