- A 12,000 sq. ft. lease at 47-00 76th Street, Elmhurst, NY, was signed for 10 years by J Supply. Paul Bralower and Brendan Burke represented both the landlord and the tenant.
- Arc Automotive leased one-story, 8,500 sq. ft. building at 190-11/15 93rd Avenue, Jamaica, NY. George Margaronis and James Tack represented the landlord.
