  • 50,000 sf. ft Warehouse and land property – 73 Wortman Avenue, Brooklyn NY: Hired as an Exclusive Agent to market the property for sale. The site was sold generating high price for the seller.
  • 36,000 sq. ft. – 144 Remsen Avenue, Brooklyn: Exclusively represented the owner in the sale of the site, which was put on the market for the first time. The site consists of a 10,000 sq. ft. one story warehouse, and 26,000 sq. ft. yard. Successfully procured a buyer – Monsey Trails to purchase the property.
