James Ege is a licensed real estate salesperson with a focus on commercial and industrial properties in the outer boroughs of New York City.  Since graduating with a degree in Finance from Baruch College in 2013, James has been an integral member of Pinnacle Realty, utilizing his knowledge and expertise to deliver results for his clients.

• 37-08 34th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 29,700 sq. ft. Development. Represented the Seller on an Exclusive basis and successfully completed the assignment by procuring a buyer for $7,600,000.
• 56-70 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378: 25,600 sq. ft. represented the Seller on an Exclusive basis for sale or lease and successfully completed the assignments by procuring a buyer for $9,200,000.
• 30-30 Hunterspoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 25,000 sq. ft.  Retained exclusively to facilitate the lease of this 2-story industrial building.  The assignment was successfully completed by procuring a Tenant in the moving and storage business.
• 21-21 44th Road, Long Island City, NY 11101: 18,750 sq. ft. represented the Seller on an Exclusive basis for sale or lease and successfully completed the assignment by procuring a buy for $10,000,000.
• 37-40 12th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 17,300 sq. ft. expandable to 86,500 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the purchaser, procuring a deal for $9,700,000.
• 37-03 Woodside Avenue, Woodside, NY 11377: 11,500 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the purchaser, procuring a deal for $3,700,000.
• 58-61 55th Street, Maspeth, NY 11378: 11,300 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the sale of this one-story industrial building. The assignment was successfully completed by procuring a buyer for $2,300,000.
• 41-31 39th Street, Long Island City, NY 11104: 9,000 sq. ft. represented the Seller on an exclusive basis and successfully completed the assignment by procuring a buyer for $3,825,000.
• 42-44 13th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 8,500 sq. ft.  & 12-19 43rd Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: Negotiated on behalf of the Purchaser, procuring a deal for $5,900,000 seconds to the 59th Street Bridge.
• 38-25 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 4,820 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the sale of this one-story commercial building. The assignment was successfully completed by procuring a buyer for $2,125,000.
• 45-43 21st Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 4,000 sq. ft. expandable to 6,750 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the purchasers, procuring a deal for $2,300,000.

• 18-30 42nd Street, Astoria, NY 11105: 4,425 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the purchaser, procuring a deal for $1,770,000.
• 59-01 57th Street, Maspeth, NY 11378: 16,000 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the tenant to procure the lease of this industrial pocket in a prime Maspeth location.
• 130-11 Atlantic Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY 11418: 15,000 sq. ft. Facilitated the lease by representing both the landlord and the tenant at a loft space off the Van Wyck Expressway
• 1285 Redfern Avenue, Far Rockaway, NY 11691: 12,000 s.q. ft. represented the Landlord on an exclusive basis and successfully completed the assignment by procuring a medical tenant.
• 53-21 Borden Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 8,000 sq. ft. negotiated on behalf of the tenant, a civil contractor, in the leasing of an industrial property for the municipal projects in NYC.
• 23-41 Borden Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 11,500 sq. ft. Negotiated on behalf of the tenant, Centerstaging LLC, in the leasing of an industrial property as part their first venture in New York City
• 37-21 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101: 10,000 sq. ft. Represented the tenant, Paris Limousine Service, in the leasing of an industrial property after their former space was sold to a developer.
• 58-19 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378: 5,600 sq. ft. Represented the tenant, Takbeer Enterprises Inc. in the leasing of a newly constructed building consisting of both warehouse and office space.
• 59-12 57th Street, Maspeth, NY 11378: 5,300 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of office and warehouse. The assignment was completed by procuring the tenancy of Wolffkrann Inc. an international crane company who made a return to New York City after a nearly two-decade hiatus.
• 41-16 29th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 3,500 sq. ft. Worked on behalf of the tenant, Tractel, Inc.: a Canadian scaffolding company, to procure a lease of this prime industrial building just off of Queens Plaza.
• 39-24 24th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 2,700 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of an office space. Assignment successfully completed by procuring the Metropolitan Taxicab Board of Trade, a long time Long Island City staple which represents nearly half of all medallions.
• 5-14 51st Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 2,600 Square feet. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of an office space in a prime section of Long Island City. Assignment successfully completed by procuring People Ready, a True Blue company, as a tenant.
