  • 56-70 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378: 25,600 sq. ft. represented the Seller on an Exclusive basis for sale or lease and successfully completed the assignments by procuring a buyer for $9,200,000.
  • 30-30 Hunterspoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 25,000 sq. ft.  Retained exclusively to facilitate the lease of this 2-story industrial building.  The assignment was successfully completed by procuring a Tenant in the moving and storage business.
  • 21-21 44th Road, Long Island City, NY 11101: 18,750 sq. ft. represented the Seller on an Exclusive basis for sale or lease and successfully completed the assignment by procuring a buy for $10,000,000.

  • 37-21 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101: 10,000 sq. ft. Represented the tenant, Paris Limousine Service, in the leasing of an industrial property after their former space was sold to a developer.
  • 58-19 58th Place, Maspeth, NY 11378: 5,600 sq. ft. Represented the tenant, Takbeer Enterprises Inc. in the leasing of a newly constructed building consisting of both warehouse and office space.
  • 59-12 57th Street, Maspeth, NY 11378: 5,300 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of office and warehouse. The assignment was completed by procuring the tenancy of Wolffkrann Inc. an international crane company who made a return to New York City after a nearly two-decade hiatus.
  • 41-16 29th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 3,500 sq. ft. Worked on behalf of the tenant, Tractel, Inc.: a Canadian scaffolding company, to procure a lease of this prime industrial building just off of Queens Plaza.
  • 39-24 24th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101: 2,700 sq. ft. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of an office space. Assignment successfully completed by procuring the Metropolitan Taxicab Board of Trade, a long time Long Island City staple which represents nearly half of all medallions.
  • 5-14 51st Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101: 2,600 Square feet. Retained exclusively to facilitate the leasing of an office space in a prime section of Long Island City. Assignment successfully completed by procuring People Ready, a True Blue company, as a tenant.
