Creative Powerhouses Sign at MADE Bush Terminal

Brooklyn’s MADE Bush Terminal is growing its roster of innovative tenants. Design studio Pelle, packaging company Aripack, and sustainable lighting studio MushLume have all signed leases at the 20-acre creative hub in Sunset Park.

The headline deal: Pelle secures 11,960 SF for 10 years, moving its Red Hook operations into a stunning new headquarters with design offices, workshops, and gallery space. Aripack, in a 6,000 SF lease brokered by Nechama Green Liberow of Pinnacle Realty of New York, will consolidate its growing team under one roof. Meanwhile, MushLume is expanding its mycelium-based lighting production in a 2,510 SF space.

With asking rents in the mid- to high-$20s per SF, NYCEDC says these leases signal a new era for creative, sustainable manufacturing along Brooklyn’s waterfront.
