Brooklyn’s MADE Bush Terminal is growing its roster of innovative tenants. Design studio Pelle, packaging company Aripack, and sustainable lighting studio MushLume have all signed leases at the 20-acre creative hub in Sunset Park.

With asking rents in the mid- to high-$20s per SF, NYCEDC says these leases signal a new era for creative, sustainable manufacturing along Brooklyn’s waterfront.
