Global logistics powerhouse Prologis has leased its fully redeveloped 31,450-square-foot warehouse at 280 Johnson Avenue in Bushwick to acclaimed event design firm David Stark Design and Production. The long-term lease also includes a 5,000-square-foot private lot, enhancing the firm’s operational capacity and future growth.
“Bushwick’s creative energy and exceptional connectivity make it a perfect home for a world-class company like David Stark,” said Andrew Forsyth, Vice President at Prologis.
Represented by Pinnacle Realty’s David Junik and Decio Baio, with Spaces Commercial’s Jack Cohen representing the tenant, the transaction underscores the rising demand for modern, adaptive industrial spaces in New York City’s creative corridors.
The deal follows Prologis’ record-breaking Q3 performance — including 62 million square feet of new leases and a 94.8% global occupancy rate — reinforcing its leadership in transforming urban industrial real estate.
