Outer Borough Momentum: Pinnacle’s Mid-Year Recap
July 2025
As we reach the midpoint of 2025, it’s clear this year is shaping up to be one of the most dynamic in recent memory. With summer now in full swing—and before everyone heads out for the Independence Day weekend ahead—we’re taking a moment to reflect on what our team has accomplished so far. From major transactions to industry recognition, the first six months of the year have shown why Pinnacle brokers are among the best in the business. Our work across the outer boroughs continues to set the pace in New York City’s commercial real estate market.
Broker Spotlight: Paul Bralower in the News
Paul Bralower was recently featured on Design 2147’s website (link), offering insights into navigating zoning approvals, land use challenges, and shifting timelines tied to the ever-changing NYC compliance landscape. He also sat down with Sisto Martello for an episode of Sisto Says (link), where he discussed the evolution of the industrial market in the outer boroughs, the importance of owner-operator relationships, and how experience in adaptive reuse has helped bring new life to legacy properties.
Demand for industrial space remains strong despite limited availability. “That’s where we come in,” Paul explained, describing how Pinnacle helps property owners unlock value—whether through leasing, selling, or repositioning—and connects tenants with the right space to serve their operational needs.
