An industrial property located at 185 Moore Street in Brooklyn has been sold for $4,700,000, marking a strategic acquisition intended to support the expansion of a planned film and video production studio.
The 8,000-square-foot property was purchased by Travis Feehan from seller Mark Azerad. The transaction reflects a price of approximately $587 per square foot and highlights ongoing interest in Brooklyn’s industrial market—particularly in properties suited for creative and media-related adaptive reuse.
Pinnacle Realty of New York facilitated the transaction, with David Junik and Thomas Chamoun representing the parties involved. The sale was completed in collaboration with Bungalow Projects, a development group with a growing presence in the local studio infrastructure space.
This sale reflects the ongoing trend of industrial assets being repurposed for creative industries, especially in neighborhoods experiencing significant cultural and economic transformation.
