- 9,500 sq. ft. warehouse at 39-26 24th Street, Long Island City, was leased to Boyce Technologies, Inc. Paul Bralower, Brendan Burke and Joshua A. Kleinberg represented both the landlord and the tenant.
- 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse at 54-10 Vernon Blvd., Long Island City, was leased to Anchor QEA, LLC. Joshua A. Kleinberg and Michael Prange represented both the landlord and the tenant.
- 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 5,000 sq. ft. of parking at 58-30 63rd St, Maspeth, lease to Century Tech, Inc. Brendan Burke, Paul Bralower represented both the landlord and the tenant.
